TROIKA PLUS AFGANISTAN

TROIKA PLUS is a group of 4 countries which is created by RUSSIA to control the situation in AFGANISTAN. The countries which involved in TROIKA group are:- INDIA, PAKISTAN, IRAN, QATAR. 


Lets try to understand why these 4 countries is added in TROIKA PLUS group.
:-IRAN is a country who fully oppose TALIBAN. IRAN helps to control TALIBAN in AFGANISTAN. 
:-QATAR is added because all the meeting of TALIBAN is held in capital city of QATAR DOHA .
QATAR is added for strategic purpose because if TALIBAN try to negotiate then QATAR is a country in which negotiation takes place.
:-PAKISTAN is added because PAKISTAN shares the large amount of boundary with AFGANISTAN and it helps to counter the TALIBAN.
:-INDIA is added because INDIA invest large amount of money in AFGANISTAN for their development. INDIA invested 3 billion dollar in AFGANISTAN. INDIA make highway in AFGANISTAN for transportation , A parliament , A DAM for generating electricity.
